1. General Terms

For the purpose of these terms, from now on "Drechinna" will be caled "Artist" and requester of service will be called "Client".By commissioning artist, client agrees to the terms outlined below.All commissioned artwork is for personal use only, unless commercial rights are explicitly purchased and confirmed in writing.Artist reserves the right to decline any commission without providing a reason.Commercial usage (e.g., for merchandise, advertising, or monetized content) will require an additional licensing fee.Client may not resell, reproduce, use for AI training/data, mint as NFTs, or modify the artwork without Artist's written permission.Artist reserves the right to display the completed artwork in their portfolio, social media, and promotional materials, unless the client requests privacy beforehand.

2. Payment

Full payment is required upfront before any work begins.For commissions over $200, a 50% deposit is required to begin the commission., with the remaining balance due upon completion.All payments must be made via PayPal in USD.Prices are fixed once agreed upon. Additional charges may apply for revisions or additions that exceed the original scope.

3. Refund Policy

A full refund is available only if work has not yet started.Partial refunds may be issued depending on how much work has been completed.*If artist cancels the commission for any reason, a full refund will be provided.No refunds are available once the artwork is completed.

4. Process and Revisions

Upon receiving payment, artist will begin work and provide a rough sketch for review and approval.Clients are allowed 2 rounds of minor revisions during the sketch phase. Additional revisions will incur an extra fee.After the sketch is approved, only minor changes can be made to the artwork (e.g., small color adjustments). Major revisions will incur additional fees.

5. Deadlines and Turnaround

Estimated turnaround time for commissions will vary depending on the complexity of the request and current workload.Typical turnaround time is between a couple days or 1-2 weeks, If client has a specific deadline, please inform advance.Rush orders may incur an additional fee.Artist will provide progress updates throughout Trello and send WIPS through e-mail. However, client is always welcome to inquire about the status of their commission.0

6. Copyright and Usage Policy

Clients may use the artwork for personal use, including but not limited to avatars, profile pictures, and wallpapers. Clients may not use the artwork for profit, redistribute, sell prints, or claim it as their own.For commercial rights (e.g., for use on merchandise, advertising, or business purposes), an additional fee will apply. The specifics will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Artwork Dimensions

Client will receive a high-resolution file at approximately
2000 x 3000 pixels (300 DPI)Final size may vary slightly depending on the details of the artwork or the format desired by the client.

8. Delivery

The final artwork will be delivered in digital format (e.g., .PNG, .JPEG) via email, Google Drive.No physical product will be shipped unless otherwise agreed upon.

9. Cancellation Policy

Artist reserves the right to cancel and refund the commission at any time for any reason.If the client wishes to cancel the commission after work has begun, they may be eligible for a partial refund based on the amount of work that has been completed.

10. Communication

All communications will be conducted through email. Please ensure to check messages regularly for updates and revisions.

11. Agreement

By commissioning "Drechinna", you confirm that you have read and agree to all terms listed above.These terms are subject to change at any time. It is the client’s responsibility to review these terms before commissioning.
